Jen Green-Vance, Owner
President and CEO
Jen Green-Vance has lived in Flagstaff for almost 20 years and is proud to call Arizona her home. In 2016, Jen and her husband, Joe, started Elevated Shredding with a passion for the service industry, and to create an avenue to provide jobs to their Flagstaff community members with an emphasis on employing individuals with developmental disabilities through their sister company, Strides 2 Thrive. Not only is Elevated Shredding dedicated to providing the highest quality secure destruction services and customer
care, but we also recycle 100% of the shredded paper.
Jen and Elevated Shredding are very involved in the Northern Arizona community volunteering for many organizations and making many charitable donations.

Joe Vance has called Flagstaff home for over 15 years. His background is working with adults with developmental disabilities in many different roles. Joe’s experience and knowledge helped to create Strides 2 Thrive, an agency providing services to individuals with a variety of disabilities and the sister company to Elevated Shredding. As the Chief Operating Officer of both Elevated Shredding and Strides 2 Thrive, Joe has developed a stellar employment program while maximizing the operations of Elevated Shredding. Both companies have grown exponentially throughout our years in business under the guidance of Joe as Chief Operating Officer.
